Robin Stenzel (FIML) – CEO/Director

Robin Stenzel has over 25 years’ of experience in Electronic Security and has had vast international exposure within the security industry. Robin commenced in the industry as an electronic technician in the Navy, and was decorated for services with the Multinational Interception Force (MIF). Robin went on to work for several CCTV and Integration companies, accumulating knowledge and expertise in all areas of electronic security and control systems.

With a proven track record of project success and project management success, Robin has worked on electronic security projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and is proud of the team he has in place and what they have achieved and accomplished to date relating to critical works done for Hospitals during the COVID crisis.

Robin is also well regarded in the biometric community and has been used by security consulting houses to help assess, design and deploy facial recognition technology and other biometric technologies into high profile commercial sites.

Robin Stenzel is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders (formally the Australian Institute of Management), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has a keen desire to see continual improvement within the organisation and has a strong commitment to staff training and development.

Robin is a well-regarded electronic security specialist and is engaged as a consultant in high-end environments to ensure complex solutions meet their needs and legal requirements.

Robin is uniquely qualified in multiple areas of leadership and management, safety, business and risk, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership, an Advanced Diploma in Business and Work Health and Safety, a Diploma in Security Risk Management, as well as Leadership and Management, along with a Cert IV in Security Risk Analysis and Security management.

Kalree McCredden – CFO/Director

Karlee McCredden has 15 years of financial experience. This has involved cash handling, bookkeeping, and business planning. Karlee has been a Director of STE Advantage since May 2015.

Karlee has a deep operational understanding of STE Advantage and is in charge of its financial control. Karlee is also heavily involved with the company’s quality control and safety systems and performs regular site safety inspections.

Karlee is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed their Finance for Directors course in 2017. Karlee holds an installer/advisor security registration in Victoria and is the company’s Business Security Registration holder.
